Nurse to CEO | Boldness, Purpose, Nurse Leader, Balance, Business Building
****TOP 2% GLOBALLY RANKED****
Are you a Christian nurse leader who knows God has called you to more but feels paralyzed by fear of the unknown? Are you burned out from bedside care, carrying everyone else while quietly wondering what God created you for beyond nursing? Do you sense a calling stirring in you but struggle with lack of clarity, lack of support, lack of time, or the guilt of wanting something different? Do you feel torn between obedience and security, passion and practicality, calling and exhaustion?
You are not crazy. And you are not alone. I am so glad you are here.
The Consecrated CEO™ is a faith-based brand that birthed the Nurse to CEO™ podcast — created primarily for the nurse who knows God has placed something on her life beyond her current role, and is ready to stop circling the promise and start building. This podcast will help you gain biblical clarity, hear God clearly, leverage your nursing expertise, and build a Kingdom-centered coaching business without guilt, burnout, or confusion.
While this podcast speaks directly to nurses, you do not have to be a nurse to belong here. If you are an RN, Nurse Practitioner, nurse leader, entrepreneur, business owner, ministry leader, caregiver, or high-capacity woman who carries both responsibility and vision, you will find wisdom, strategy, and truth in these episodes that will bring value for years to come.
Whether you are questioning what comes next as a believer in Christ, wrestling with burnout, afraid to leave what feels safe, unsure how to monetize what you already know, or ready to finally build the business God has been showing you, you are in the right place.
I'm Leniesha.
I'm a Holy Spirit-filled Kingdom life & business coach, registered nurse, entrepreneur, homeschool mom, and ministry leader.
For years, I lived bound. I was a woman who looked strong on the outside but was quietly drowning in people-pleasing, false obligation, and survival mode. Trauma and abuse shaped my identity, robbed me of my voice, and taught me to overextend myself while calling it faithfulness. I served well, showed up for everyone, and carried more than God ever asked me to hold. Even as I built businesses, led in ministries, and helped others, I lacked clarity, margin, and peace.
But God is a Redeemer.
Everything changed when I fully surrendered. I laid the pressure down at the feet of Jesus and picked up truth. Through the Word, repentance, and intentional obedience, God restored my identity and showed me that the skills, discernment, and leadership I developed in nursing were never meant to stay at the bedside. They were preparation for the business He was calling me to build.
Now I walk in boldness, clarity, and unapologetic Kingdom purpose. I build with intention, honor God-given limits, and operate according to His plan, not pressure. And I am called to help you do the same.
Through biblically rooted teaching, practical business strategy, and Spirit-led discernment, I will help you break free from burnout, fear, and confusion so you can leverage your nursing skills, launch your coaching business, and move forward with confidence and peace.
What I built before was driven by performance. What I am building now is fueled by purpose. And I want to teach you how to transition, set boundaries, and build a coaching business with God at the center.
If you are ready to stop burning the candle at both ends, release fear of the unknown, gain clarity on your calling, and build a nursing-based coaching business that honors both your assignment and your capacity, then you belong here.
Grab that double-shot espresso, matcha, or Alani, and let's walk through monetizing your nursing skills to build the coaching business God already prepared you for...together.
Praying with you and for you always.

Somewhere along the way you picked up a phrase that has been costing you everything.
It sounds like humility. It sounds like staying in your lane. It sounds like not thinking too highly of yourself. But it is none of those things. It is an agreement with a lie that was planted in you; sometimes by a system, sometimes by a culture, sometimes by a specific person in a specific moment who looked at everything you carried and told you it did not count.
And you believed them.
This episode is for the nurse who introduces herself by shrinking. Who adds the word "just" before her title like an apology. Who has been pouring out clinical mastery, crisis leadership, spiritual discernment, and Kingdom purpose into rooms that were never designed to honor what she brought and walked away wondering if she was actually as capable as she thought.
You were not overlooked because you lacked something. You were overlooked because the room was too small for what God placed inside you.
We are going into the story of David and Eliab. The moment David arrived at the battlefield ready to face Goliath and his own brother dismissed him publicly, questioned his motives, and told him to go back to his sheep. And what David said in response is one of the most clarifying statements of identity in all of scripture. We are also going into a real story of me being told by a provider that nursing knowledge did not count...after pouring out to help build something from the ground up and what God did with that dismissal.
This episode covers the difference between humility and self-erasure, why the word "just" is a spiritual problem before it is a confidence problem, and what it looks like to build a Kingdom business with the boldness and clarity of a woman who finally stopped arguing with how God sees her. The Called to Coach Intensive™ and the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience™ are where that identity shift becomes a business. Spots are limited and the nurse who is ready does not wait.
You are not just a nurse. You never were. And it is time you stopped saying so.

Nurse friend, this episode is going to meet you exactly where you are.
I sit down with Lori Owens, host of Practical Solutions for PTSD and a former U.S. Army civilian with 16 years of service including a high-stress deployment to Kuwait.
Lori did not just study trauma. She lived it.
After walking through her own battles with PTSD, anxiety, and depression, she turned her healing into a mission: equipping people with faith-based, practical tools to navigate emotional pain, rediscover purpose, and step out of darkness one step at a time. We talk about why high-capacity women and caregivers miss the signs their nervous system is in survival mode, why powering through trauma does not work, and what healing actually looks like when you stop trying to get back to who you were. Lori shares her framework and the practical steps her clients use to operate from wholeness so they can show up fully at home, at work, and in their calling.
If you are performing excellence on the outside while hemorrhaging on the inside, this episode is for you. God is not trying to restore the old you. He is building something new.

You have been paid by the hour your entire career. And without realizing it that hourly rate became the ceiling you placed on the value of everything you know.
There is a nurse right now who has spent years mastering one of the most complex, high-stakes skill sets on the planet. She can assess a patient in sixty seconds and know something is wrong before the monitor confirms it. She can explain a terminal diagnosis to a family with clarity and compassion in the same breath. She can lead a team through a crisis with no protocol, no backup, and no margin for error. She has navigated death, grief, trauma, healing, hope, and the full weight of human experience before most people finish their morning coffee.
And when someone asks what she would coach on she says she does not know enough to charge for anything.
This episode is about the seven figure gift that has been sitting in your scrubs the entire time. The boldness it takes to finally see it. The clarity that comes when you stop measuring your knowledge by an hourly rate and start measuring it by the transformation it produces. We are going into the story of Joseph. A man whose gift was overlooked, imprisoned, and taken for granted by every system he moved through until the day it walked him into the most powerful room in the world and Pharaoh himself said there is no one like this man.
We are also going into what it actually means to price from purpose and not from precedent, why nurses are among the most underpriced experts in the world, and how the Called to Coach™ Intensive and the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience™ are where that gift stops sitting in your scrubs and starts building toward financial freedom and a Kingdom business that finally reflects what you actually carry.
You have never been ordinary. You have been underpriced.

The hospital taught you to lead from a title. God is calling you to lead from an identity.
There is a nurse right now who has been charge, been preceptor, been the one everyone looks to when things fall apart and she is excellent at it. She has led in moments that had no protocol, poured clarity into panicked rooms not because she was fearless but because the Holy Spirit made a way, and carried her team through shifts that should not have ended the way they did. But underneath all of that excellence is a quiet tension she has never fully named. The leadership she was trained to perform and the leadership God placed inside her are not the same thing.
This episode goes into one of the most overlooked leadership conversations in all of scripture.....Jethro and Moses in Exodus 18, and into a real Christmas Day pandemic shift with 28 beds, five nurses, dangerous assignments, and one charge nurse who was terrified on the inside and anointed on the outside. Both stories say the same thing.
The structure you are carrying your calling in was never designed to sustain you and it was never designed to multiply what you carry.
The Nurse to CEO Shift Activation Experience is where nurses who were built to lead stop waiting for a title to confirm it and start building the Kingdom business that gives their leadership the purpose, the financial freedom, and the room it was always meant to move in.
Spots are limited. If this is speaking to you, do not wait.
You were never just charge. You were always called.

There was a moment.
You may not remember exactly when it happened. But there was a moment where you looked up in the middle of a shift and realized you did not feel anything.
Not the compassion that used to come automatically. Not the fire that used to walk you through the door. Not the sense of purpose that made the hard days worth it. Just nothing. And then something worse than the numbness came. The shame.
What kind of nurse does not care anymore? What kind of called woman loses her fire? What does it say about me that the thing I gave everything to no longer moves me?
This episode is for the nurse who has been carrying that shame in silence. Who has been performing passion she no longer feels.
Who has been showing up faithfully, professionally, and completely...while something inside her has quietly gone dark. You did not lose your fire because you were weak. You lost it because you gave everything to everyone and no one ever asked what was left for you. And the shame of realizing it made it harder to find your way back.
But the fire is not gone. It has been buried under the weight of a season that took more than it was ever supposed to take.
In this episode we are going into one of the most tender restoration stories in all of scripture;
Peter, a shoreline, a charcoal fire, breakfast, and a question that gave him back everything he thought he had forfeited.
We are also talking about the real reason nurses lose their fire and why shame makes it worse, why losing the fire is not the end of your calling but often the beginning of its next chapter, and what it looks like to build toward purpose again with boldness and clarity instead of pushing through on empty.
The Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is where nurses who are ready to stop containing what God placed in them start building something that creates the financial freedom, the balance, and the work from home life that actually has room for the fire to burn.
You are not disqualified. You are not done. You are being restored.

There is something happening inside you that you have not said out loud yet. Not to your coworkers. Not to your family. Not even to yourself, not fully. But it is there. It shows up in the way you dread the next shift in a way you never used to. It shows up in the restlessness that no vacation, no time off, and no new unit can touch. It shows up in the quiet moments when you ask yourself...is this it? and then immediately feel guilty for asking.
Because you worked so hard to get here. Because people depend on you. Because nursing is a calling, and who are you to say you've outgrown it?
Here is who you are. You are a nurse whose purpose inside nursing has grown bigger than the container she is in. A nurse who has the boldness rising on the inside but not yet the clarity on what to do with it. A nurse who has been so faithful to one season that she has not noticed God has been trying to walk her into the next one.
This episode is not about quitting nursing. It is about telling the truth. The truth that you have been carrying something bigger than your current season can hold. The truth that the restlessness is not ingratitude; it is assignment. The truth that God called Abraham out of everything familiar before He showed him where he was going, and He is doing the same thing with you right now. In this episode we are covering the signs that you have outgrown a season and why nurses are the last to admit it, the story of Abraham leaving Ur called out of comfort and certainty into a promise he could not yet see, and why the path to financial freedom, work from home flexibility, and real business building begins with one honest admission. The Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is the first step into the season God has been preparing you for.
You have not lost your purpose in nursing. You have completed a chapter. And God is holding the next one open, waiting for you to turn the page.

Let's have an honest conversation today. Not a comfortable one. An honest one. Because there is a nurse listening to this right now who has said out loud or in her head some version of this sentence: "I would love to start a business but I just cannot afford it right now." And I want to address that with love, with boldness, and with biblical clarity and zero apology.
That sentence is not a financial statement. It is a faith statement. And it is costing you more than any investment ever would. You are not stuck because of your circumstances. You are stuck because you have decided that the risk of staying exactly where you are is safer than the risk of building something new.And that decision has a price tag too. It just gets paid in time, in purpose, and in the slow erosion of a calling that was never meant to stay contained.
This episode carries the spirit of biblical business wisdom and the kind of Kingdom clarity that makes you sit straight up and tell yourself the truth. We are talking about why "I cannot afford it" is a poverty mindset dressed in practical clothing, what scripture says about risk and the person who buries what they have been given, why duct-taping a business together alone costs you more in the long run than working with someone who has already solved the problems you have not hit yet, and what real business building looks like when it is built on a Kingdom foundation with a clear blueprint instead of borrowed fragments.
We will also walk through why the Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is not an expense but the first real business decision a nurse ready for financial freedom will make. You do not have a money problem. You have a perspective problem. And by the end of this episode that perspective is going to shift.

What if everything you thought was just nursing was actually deliverance? What if the moment you walked into a room and the atmosphere shifted was not bedside manner? What if the clarity you brought to a family in crisis was not just good communication? What if the boldness that rose in you when a patient was not supposed to make it...and you prayed anyway...was the same Spirit that raised Lazarus from the dead?
This episode is for the nurse who has laid hands on a patient and meant it. Who has prayed over someone who could not hear them and watched God answer anyway.
Who has stood in rooms that felt spiritually heavy and felt something rise up on the inside that had nothing to do with her nursing license. That was not coincidence. That was a deliverance anointing operating through the vehicle of nursing in one of the most powerful ministry environments on earth.
In this episode I am proving it from scripture, from the stories of what God does in hospital rooms, and from my own personal testimony of an ECMO patient I cared for over six months; a birthday miracle, Korean food, washed hair, a full circle moment, and a grief that taught me more about purpose than any classroom ever could.
We are also covering what deliverance actually is and why it is broader than most people think, why the nursing profession gives you access to spiritual environments the church cannot enter, and what it looks like to start building a business around the deliverance gift that is already operating through your hands. The Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is where nurses who carry this kind of anointing stop containing it and start building toward financial freedom and work from home flexibility that lets the calling reach further. You did not just get a license to practice nursing. You got a license to move in the Spirit.

Most nurses never question their calling to heal.
They feel it.
They have always felt it.
It is the reason they ran toward the hardest rooms, stayed late, and held the hand of a stranger at 3am and called it ordinary.
Nursing was never just a career. It was always a purpose.
But somewhere along the way a different kind of stirring began. A pull toward something more. A restlessness that no new unit, no promotion, and no certification could quiet. And instead of recognizing it as God, many nurses called it selfish.
This episode is for the nurse who has been at war with herself.
Who loves to heal but senses she was built for more. Who feels the boldness rising inside her to start a business but has been waiting for permission. Who has confused ambition with assignment and in doing so has kept the Kingdom waiting.
Here is what God is declaring over you today:
You were not called to choose between healing and building.
You were called to do both.
Because in the Kingdom… they were never separate.
Jeremiah 1:5 (ESV): "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations."
He knew what He was building before you took your first breath.
And He hasn't changed His mind.
In this episode, we are covering:
Why the desire to build is not a departure from your calling, it is the fullness of it
The story of Bezalel, the first person in scripture filled with the Holy Spirit, and what he was called to do
Why God has always used skilled builders to advance His Kingdom
The clarity you need to finally see healing and building as the same assignment
And how the Nurse to CEO Activation Experience is where nurses move from the bedside into business building rooted in Kingdom purpose, financial freedom, and work that finally reflects who God called them to be.
This is not a business episode.
This is a calling episode.

There is a sound rising in the healthcare field right now.
God is not whispering.
He is moving.
And He is moving specifically through nurses...in ICUs, in labor and delivery rooms, in oncology units, in emergency departments — in the places where human beings are the most undone, the most afraid, and the most open.
There are nurses right now who are carrying something sacred.
Not just skill. Not just knowledge. Not just compassion.
Presence.
The actual presence of God in environments where people are at their most vulnerable.
This is for the nurse who is ready to stop limiting what God has placed in her to the four walls of a hospital room. The nurse who knows that nursing is her purpose but is beginning to understand that purpose was always bigger than the bedside. The nurse who feels the boldness stirring on the inside and is finally ready to give it somewhere to go.
But here's what this episode is about:
That presence was never meant to be contained to a shift.
Acts 1:8 (ESV) says: "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
It starts somewhere. But it was never supposed to stay there.
In this episode, we're talking about:
What it means to carry an anointing, not just a gifting in everyday environments
Why what God has placed in you cannot stay confined to a bedside
The story of Elisha and the oil that never ran dry, and what it means for you right now
The difference between encountering the Spirit and being entrusted by the Spirit
How spiritual maturity moves you from moments to multiplication
And how coaching becomes a vehicle for discipleship, not just business
Revival is not just something you experience. It is something you steward. And the Nurse to CEO™ Shift Activation Experience is where nurses who are ready to start building a business around their anointing take the first real step. If God has been speaking to you about more, this episode is your confirmation.
