Nurse to CEO | Boldness, Purpose, Nurse Leader, Balance, Business Building

****TOP 2% GLOBALLY RANKED****

Are you a Christian nurse leader who knows God has called you to more but feels paralyzed by fear of the unknown? Are you burned out from bedside care, carrying everyone else while quietly wondering what God created you for beyond nursing? Do you sense a calling stirring in you but struggle with lack of clarity, lack of support, lack of time, or the guilt of wanting something different? Do you feel torn between obedience and security, passion and practicality, calling and exhaustion?

You are not crazy. And you are not alone. I am so glad you are here.

The Consecrated CEO™ is a faith-based brand that birthed the Nurse to CEO™ podcast — created primarily for the nurse who knows God has placed something on her life beyond her current role, and is ready to stop circling the promise and start building. This podcast will help you gain biblical clarity, hear God clearly, leverage your nursing expertise, and build a Kingdom-centered coaching business without guilt, burnout, or confusion.

While this podcast speaks directly to nurses, you do not have to be a nurse to belong here. If you are an RN, Nurse Practitioner, nurse leader, entrepreneur, business owner, ministry leader, caregiver, or high-capacity woman who carries both responsibility and vision, you will find wisdom, strategy, and truth in these episodes that will bring value for years to come.

Whether you are questioning what comes next as a believer in Christ, wrestling with burnout, afraid to leave what feels safe, unsure how to monetize what you already know, or ready to finally build the business God has been showing you, you are in the right place.

I'm Leniesha.

I'm a Holy Spirit-filled Kingdom life & business coach, registered nurse, entrepreneur, homeschool mom, and ministry leader.

For years, I lived bound. I was a woman who looked strong on the outside but was quietly drowning in people-pleasing, false obligation, and survival mode. Trauma and abuse shaped my identity, robbed me of my voice, and taught me to overextend myself while calling it faithfulness. I served well, showed up for everyone, and carried more than God ever asked me to hold. Even as I built businesses, led in ministries, and helped others, I lacked clarity, margin, and peace.

But God is a Redeemer.

Everything changed when I fully surrendered. I laid the pressure down at the feet of Jesus and picked up truth. Through the Word, repentance, and intentional obedience, God restored my identity and showed me that the skills, discernment, and leadership I developed in nursing were never meant to stay at the bedside. They were preparation for the business He was calling me to build.

Now I walk in boldness, clarity, and unapologetic Kingdom purpose. I build with intention, honor God-given limits, and operate according to His plan, not pressure. And I am called to help you do the same.

Through biblically rooted teaching, practical business strategy, and Spirit-led discernment, I will help you break free from burnout, fear, and confusion so you can leverage your nursing skills, launch your coaching business, and move forward with confidence and peace.

What I built before was driven by performance. What I am building now is fueled by purpose. And I want to teach you how to transition, set boundaries, and build a coaching business with God at the center.

If you are ready to stop burning the candle at both ends, release fear of the unknown, gain clarity on your calling, and build a nursing-based coaching business that honors both your assignment and your capacity, then you belong here.

Grab that double-shot espresso, matcha, or Alani, and let's walk through monetizing your nursing skills to build the coaching business God already prepared you for...together.

Praying with you and for you always.

Build with the King,

Leniesha, BSN RN

Every shift you walk into that unit carrying something the hospital did not give you and cannot replicate.
Not your clinical skill. Not your certifications. Not your years of nursing experience.
Your anointing.
The presence that settles a room before you say a word. The discernment that tells you something is wrong before the monitor confirms it. The peace that follows you into spaces of chaos and changes the atmosphere without an announcement.
That anointing has been serving an institution that does not know what it has.
This episode is the boldness conversation every nurse leader needs to have with herself. The one that names what she has been giving away and asks the question she already knows the answer to. What would happen if that same anointing operated inside something she actually owned? We are going into the story of Samson, not the Delilah moment everyone preaches about, but the pattern of a man whose supernatural gifting operated in enemy territory his entire life, benefiting everyone around him, until the day it was finally released for the purpose it was always meant to serve.
This is about purpose, clarity, and the business building that begins when a nurse stops letting an institution be the primary beneficiary of what God placed inside her. The path to financial freedom and work from home flexibility starts with understanding what you actually carry and building a structure worthy of it.
Your anointing belongs in your own business. It is time to build the house that can hold it.

You have been saying you do not have time.
But what would happen if you got an hour back today?
Would you know exactly what to do with it? Would you sit down and build something that moved your business forward? Or would that hour disappear into your phone, into content you consumed but did not create, into the paralysis of not knowing where to start?
This episode is practical and it is honest. We are talking about the three ways nurses waste the margin they already have, what a real power hour looks like inside a nurse's actual life, and the practical system for knowing exactly what to build every single time you sit down. And yes, we are breaking down the power hour in detail. Minute by minute. So that the next time you have that unexpected pocket of time you are not guessing. You are executing.
This is the boldness to stop waiting for a free day and the clarity to use the hour you already have. For the nurse leader who is serious about business building, financial freedom, and a work from home life that is actually being built and not just dreamed about, this episode is the practical roadmap.
Because the nurse who figures out what to do with one hour consistently will outbuild the nurse who waits for a free day every single time.
Your hour is not the problem. The plan for it is.

You are not short on calling. You are short on margin.
And the hospital owns most of your calendar before you ever open your eyes on Monday morning.
This episode is the practical one. The one where we stop talking about whether you are called and start talking about how to actually build when your schedule belongs to someone else. Whether you are a 12-hour shift nurse running three to four days a week or a nurse leader in a 9-5 leadership role with back to back meetings and zero buffer, there is a framework for building inside your real life. Not the version where you have four free hours every morning. The version you actually live.
We are covering my personal frameworks and methodology, and how each one gives you a specific tool for building with purpose, boldness, and clarity inside a schedule that was not designed to accommodate your dreams.
This is the episode that turns the calling into a calendar.

This is not an episode about leaving nursing.
It is a prophetic word for the nurse who has already decided on the inside and has not moved on the outside yet.
The nurses God is raising up in this season are not going back to the floor. Not because bedside nursing is not honorable. It is. But because God is doing something specific in the earth right now and He needs nurse leaders who are willing to carry their anointing into the marketplace, into coaching, into Kingdom businesses that reach people the church cannot reach and the hospital never knew how to serve.
This episode goes into the story of Elisha, the moment Elijah threw his mantle and Elisha burned his plow, slaughtered his oxen, and never looked back. No transition plan. No keeping the equipment just in case. Full consecration to the next assignment. We are also going into a personal testimony of being pulled from bedside to open a franchise, staying PRN by divine instruction, and what God taught through operating in the marketplace that no book and no course could have produced.
The internal decision has already been made. This episode is for the nurse who is ready for the outside to catch up.
Build with boldness. Walk in purpose. Your Kingdom business is waiting.

The hospital will post your position before your resignation letter is dry.
That is not cynicism. That is the business model.
This episode is for the nurse leader who already knows the answer to every question she has been too loyal to ask out loud. We are going into the story of Ruth, a woman who left the familiar with no guarantee of what was on the other side and built something that carried her name into eternity. We are also going into what the pandemic revealed about nurses as numbers and what God says about a woman whose Kingdom business will never replace her, furlough her, or calculate her by acuity.
Your Kingdom business will not replace you. It will be built by you. And that changes everything.

It happens in the middle of a med pass. In the middle of a conversation with a patient. In the quiet of a shift that is going smoothly enough that your mind has a moment to wander.
And it goes to the same place it always goes.
I know I am supposed to be doing something else.
Not because you do not love your patients. Not because you are not good at this. You are exceptional at this and you know it. The hard patients thank you at the end of shifts. The ones nobody else wants to go in the room for, you go. And they feel it. But underneath the pouring and the presence and the excellence is a thought you cannot make stop coming.
This is not it forever.
This episode is for the highly experienced nurse leader whose patients tell her their life stories, whose coworkers bring her their problems, whose gift of presence is so strong that strangers stop her in the grocery store aisle and just begin to talk. She does not recognize what that is because burnout has made the extraordinary feel ordinary. But it is not ordinary. It is an anointing. And it has a purpose far beyond the unit she is standing in.
We are going into the story of Anna the prophetess in Luke 2, a woman who served faithfully for decades in the same place, never quitting the assignment in front of her while she waited for the one that was coming, and what happened when the fullness of time arrived and God placed the promise directly in her hands.
This episode is about boldness, purpose, and the business building that begins when a nurse finally understands that the wandering thoughts were never a distraction. They were a direction.
If your mind keeps going somewhere your feet have not followed yet, this episode is your answer.

The salary is good. The benefits are real. And leaving feels irrational.
So you stay. You pick up another shift, join another committee, climb the ladder in front of you because at least that one is stable.
But something in you will not be quiet.
This episode is for the nurse leader who is not miserable enough to leave but too called to be satisfied staying. You have been pouring your purpose into someone else's kingdom while your own assignment waits. That is not wisdom. That is a golden handcuff. And golden handcuffs are still handcuffs.
We are going into Exodus 1, the part nobody preaches, where Pharaoh's strategy was never violent imprisonment. It was to make Israel so useful and so compensated that leaving felt impossible. We are also going into a real testimony of committees, unit council, preceptor titles, a lawn care business, and a franchise, and what happened when God said stop building for Pharaoh and start building for yourself.
If you are ready for boldness over comfort, purpose over a paycheck, and real business building that creates the balance and financial freedom your nursing salary never could, this episode is your next step.
The salary was never the promise. The calling was.

You are the one everyone calls when things fall apart. The one who holds the room together when nobody else can. The one who leads through the impossible and makes it look like composure when on the inside you are running on the last of what you have.
You have been leading so long and so well that nobody thinks to ask if anyone is leading you.
And the honest answer, the one you have not said out loud, is no.
No mentor speaking into your next season with clarity and purpose. No coach helping you build something of your own with boldness and strategy. No one pouring back into the woman who has been pouring out for everyone else. You have been navigating your calling, your business dreams, your spiritual assignment, and your exhaustion completely alone. And you have been calling it strength when some of it has just been survival.
This episode is for the nurse who leads with excellence and lives without support. We are going into the story of Moses and the battle of Amalek in Exodus 17, the moment the greatest leader in Israel needed someone to hold his arms up because sustained leadership requires more than the leader can carry alone. We are talking about what it actually costs to lead without being led, why the most dangerous place for a called woman is isolation, and what it looks like to finally step into a structure that pours back into the leader so the leader can keep going further.
The Called to Coach Intensive and the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience are built for the nurse who is ready to stop leading alone. Spots are limited. If this is your moment, do not sit on it.
You have been holding everyone else up. It is time someone held your arms up too.

Somewhere along the way you picked up a phrase that has been costing you everything.
It sounds like humility. It sounds like staying in your lane. It sounds like not thinking too highly of yourself. But it is none of those things. It is an agreement with a lie that was planted in you; sometimes by a system, sometimes by a culture, sometimes by a specific person in a specific moment who looked at everything you carried and told you it did not count.
And you believed them.
This episode is for the nurse who introduces herself by shrinking. Who adds the word "just" before her title like an apology. Who has been pouring out clinical mastery, crisis leadership, spiritual discernment, and Kingdom purpose into rooms that were never designed to honor what she brought and walked away wondering if she was actually as capable as she thought.
You were not overlooked because you lacked something. You were overlooked because the room was too small for what God placed inside you.
We are going into the story of David and Eliab. The moment David arrived at the battlefield ready to face Goliath and his own brother dismissed him publicly, questioned his motives, and told him to go back to his sheep. And what David said in response is one of the most clarifying statements of identity in all of scripture. We are also going into a real story of me being told by a provider that nursing knowledge did not count...after pouring out to help build something from the ground up and what God did with that dismissal.
This episode covers the difference between humility and self-erasure, why the word "just" is a spiritual problem before it is a confidence problem, and what it looks like to build a Kingdom business with the boldness and clarity of a woman who finally stopped arguing with how God sees her. The Called to Coach Intensive™ and the Nurse to CEO Shift Experience™ are where that identity shift becomes a business. Spots are limited and the nurse who is ready does not wait.
You are not just a nurse. You never were. And it is time you stopped saying so.

Nurse friend, this episode is going to meet you exactly where you are.
I sit down with Lori Owens, host of Practical Solutions for PTSD and a former U.S. Army civilian with 16 years of service including a high-stress deployment to Kuwait.
Lori did not just study trauma. She lived it.
After walking through her own battles with PTSD, anxiety, and depression, she turned her healing into a mission: equipping people with faith-based, practical tools to navigate emotional pain, rediscover purpose, and step out of darkness one step at a time. We talk about why high-capacity women and caregivers miss the signs their nervous system is in survival mode, why powering through trauma does not work, and what healing actually looks like when you stop trying to get back to who you were. Lori shares her framework and the practical steps her clients use to operate from wholeness so they can show up fully at home, at work, and in their calling.
If you are performing excellence on the outside while hemorrhaging on the inside, this episode is for you. God is not trying to restore the old you. He is building something new.
