16| Time Management for the Business Woman Called to More

If you have ever looked at your to-do list and thought, “God, how am I supposed to carry all of this,” this episode is for you. Many Kingdom women are called to more. More responsibility, more impact, more territory, and more influence. Yet with that calling often comes the pressure of limited time, constant interruptions, and the guilt of feeling like something always suffers when you try to do everything.

Many Christian business women feel this tension while trying to stay productive, steward their assignments well, and follow God’s plan without burning out. When time feels scarce, boldness can give way to overwhelm, and obedience can begin to feel heavy instead of life-giving.

In this episode, I teach what biblical time management actually looks like for the woman called to more. I share how to steward your days through discernment rather than pressure, how God expands capacity when you build according to His order, and how productivity shifts when the Holy Spirit leads your schedule. You will learn how to create rhythms that honor your calling, your family, and your well-being while remaining faithful to what God has asked you to carry.

This episode will help you stop managing time in your own strength and learn how to steward it with wisdom, clarity, and trust in God’s plan.

I pray this episode blesses you deeply!
