Nurse to CEO | Boldness, Purpose, Nurse Leader, Balance, Business Building
****TOP 2% GLOBALLY RANKED****
Are you a Christian nurse leader who knows God has called you to more but feels paralyzed by fear of the unknown? Are you burned out from bedside care, carrying everyone else while quietly wondering what God created you for beyond nursing? Do you sense a calling stirring in you but struggle with lack of clarity, lack of support, lack of time, or the guilt of wanting something different? Do you feel torn between obedience and security, passion and practicality, calling and exhaustion?
You are not crazy. And you are not alone. I am so glad you are here.
The Consecrated CEO™ is a faith-based brand that birthed the Nurse to CEO™ podcast — created primarily for the nurse who knows God has placed something on her life beyond her current role, and is ready to stop circling the promise and start building. This podcast will help you gain biblical clarity, hear God clearly, leverage your nursing expertise, and build a Kingdom-centered coaching business without guilt, burnout, or confusion.
While this podcast speaks directly to nurses, you do not have to be a nurse to belong here. If you are an RN, Nurse Practitioner, nurse leader, entrepreneur, business owner, ministry leader, caregiver, or high-capacity woman who carries both responsibility and vision, you will find wisdom, strategy, and truth in these episodes that will bring value for years to come.
Whether you are questioning what comes next as a believer in Christ, wrestling with burnout, afraid to leave what feels safe, unsure how to monetize what you already know, or ready to finally build the business God has been showing you, you are in the right place.
I'm Leniesha.
I'm a Holy Spirit-filled Kingdom life & business coach, registered nurse, entrepreneur, homeschool mom, and ministry leader.
For years, I lived bound. I was a woman who looked strong on the outside but was quietly drowning in people-pleasing, false obligation, and survival mode. Trauma and abuse shaped my identity, robbed me of my voice, and taught me to overextend myself while calling it faithfulness. I served well, showed up for everyone, and carried more than God ever asked me to hold. Even as I built businesses, led in ministries, and helped others, I lacked clarity, margin, and peace.
But God is a Redeemer.
Everything changed when I fully surrendered. I laid the pressure down at the feet of Jesus and picked up truth. Through the Word, repentance, and intentional obedience, God restored my identity and showed me that the skills, discernment, and leadership I developed in nursing were never meant to stay at the bedside. They were preparation for the business He was calling me to build.
Now I walk in boldness, clarity, and unapologetic Kingdom purpose. I build with intention, honor God-given limits, and operate according to His plan, not pressure. And I am called to help you do the same.
Through biblically rooted teaching, practical business strategy, and Spirit-led discernment, I will help you break free from burnout, fear, and confusion so you can leverage your nursing skills, launch your coaching business, and move forward with confidence and peace.
What I built before was driven by performance. What I am building now is fueled by purpose. And I want to teach you how to transition, set boundaries, and build a coaching business with God at the center.
If you are ready to stop burning the candle at both ends, release fear of the unknown, gain clarity on your calling, and build a nursing-based coaching business that honors both your assignment and your capacity, then you belong here.
Grab that double-shot espresso, matcha, or Alani, and let's walk through monetizing your nursing skills to build the coaching business God already prepared you for...together.
Praying with you and for you always.
Build with the King,
Leniesha, BSN RN

Burnout in nursing is often treated like a workload problem, but what if the real root runs deeper?
In this episode of The Consecrated CEO, I sit down with Shan Wright, RN, holistic nurse coach and host of the globally ranked Beat Nurse Burnout podcast, which sits in the top 2.5 percent of podcasts worldwide. Shan works with nurses who feel drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the purpose that originally led them into nursing.
Together we unpack a deeper conversation about burnout that many inpatient nurses have never been invited to have. Sometimes the exhaustion nurses experience did not start in the hospital. Sometimes the root was planted long before we ever stepped onto the unit.
We talk honestly about what happens when nursing takes everything out of you, how hidden patterns and life experiences can intensify burnout, and why healing the root is essential if you want clarity about your future. Whether you plan to remain at the bedside, rediscover your purpose in nursing, or eventually grow into a nurse entrepreneur, understanding the deeper drivers of burnout changes everything.
Shan also shares practical steps nurses can take to begin moving out of burnout and back into alignment. If you are an inpatient nurse who feels depleted but still senses there is more ahead for you, this conversation will bring both wisdom and boldness to your next step.
This episode is for nurses who want clarity, renewed purpose, and a healthier path forward in nursing and beyond.

Many inpatient nurses feel a quiet curiosity about life beyond the bedside but immediately shut the thought down. Not because they hate nursing, but because they believe a lie that exploring something more somehow means abandoning their calling.
In this episode, we confront the mindset that keeps so many nurses stuck in guilt, fear, and hesitation. We talk about where this belief comes from, how it quietly limits boldness and clarity, and why exploring your purpose beyond the hospital does not dishonor the profession that trained you.
Whether you remain at the bedside long-term, begin building something alongside nursing, or grow into a nurse entrepreneur, the key is learning to discern God’s direction instead of silencing the questions He may be using to expand you.
If you have ever wondered whether it is okay to start a business, pursue a new path, or explore another layer of purpose while still serving as a nurse, this conversation will help you examine the belief that may be holding you back.

You can be excellent in nursing and still feel empty. Many bedside nurses are confident in their skills but quietly struggling with burnout, spiritual depletion, and a loss of clarity about their purpose.
In this episode, we talk about what it really means to try to pour from an empty place as a nurse. We explore how boldness at the bedside can mask emotional exhaustion, how calling can become heavy when you lose connection with God as your source, and why finding purpose as a nurse requires more than just pushing through another shift.
If you’re a bedside nurse in the ICU, PCU, med surg, or intraop this conversation will help you discern whether you are simply tired or spiritually drained.
We also talk about clarity in this season, how God refills what the system drains, and why some nurses sense a stirring to start a business or build something alongside nursing, not out of rebellion, but out of purpose. If you are seeking boldness, clarity, and direction in your calling, this episode will help you recognize where your strength needs to be restored before you move forward.

Serving God as a nurse is not always easy, especially when the healthcare system you work in does not honor biblical values, human dignity, or spiritual integrity. Many nurses feel tension between their calling to care for people and the pressure of productivity, policies, ratios, and systems that prioritize efficiency over compassion.
In this episode, we talk honestly about what it means to serve God faithfully while working in healthcare environments that often conflict with Kingdom values. This conversation will help you navigate moral tension, burnout, and spiritual fatigue with clarity and courage.
We explore how God positions nurses as witnesses in broken systems, how to guard your heart when the system resists righteousness, and how to remain faithful without becoming hardened, bitter, or spiritually numb. If you are a nurse seeking clarity, boldness, and peace while stewarding your calling in healthcare, this episode will speak directly to your spirit.

Have you ever noticed how confident you are at the bedside, yet feel uncertain, hesitant, or insecure everywhere else? Many nurses lead with boldness in patient care but quietly wrestle with purpose, clarity, and confidence when God begins stirring something beyond nursing.
In this episode, we are talking about a mindset struggle nurses rarely say out loud. Why competence in nursing does not always translate into confidence in calling, identity, or business. Whether you are working in the ICU, NICU, PCU, med surg, outpatient clinics, or still a nursing student, this conversation will meet you right where you are.
We explore how identity fragmentation shows up in high-capacity women, why fear often targets your authority instead of your weakness, and how God restores clarity when you feel called to start a business or step into something more without abandoning the nursing profession you love.
This episode is for the nurse who is excellent at what she does but senses there is another layer to her assignment. If you are seeking clarity, boldness, and peace as you discern your next steps, this conversation will help you understand what is happening beneath the surface and how to move forward with wisdom and confidence.

Have you ever sensed that nursing is not the end of your calling, but fear keeps you stuck right where you are? Many bedside nurses feel the pull toward something more but find themselves trapped in cycles of overthinking, hesitation, and self-sabotage. Not because they lack faith, but because the cost of obedience feels uncertain.
In today’s episode, we talk honestly about fear, self-sabotage, and discernment when God begins expanding your assignment beyond the bedside. This conversation is for nurses and healthcare professionals who love nursing but know God is stirring more inside them and are wrestling with identity, stability, and obedience.
We explore biblical wisdom around calling, fear, identity in Christ, and trusting God with transition so you can stop delaying obedience and start moving forward with peace and clarity.
If you are a nurse questioning whether nursing is the final destination or simply part of God’s preparation, this episode will help you recognize what is holding you back and how to respond without guilt, pressure, or panic.

Many bedside nurses and healthcare professionals feel a quiet pull to build something beyond their shift, yet wrestle with fear, burnout, and uncertainty about timing. The tension between working full time in healthcare and sensing a call to start a business can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already giving so much of yourself to patients, families, and systems that demand everything.
In this episode, I speak directly to nurses who sense God stirring something more. I encourage you to slow down, reflect on what you are naturally good at, recognize what people already come to you for, and begin discerning how God may be calling you to build beyond the bedside. This is not about rushing an exit from nursing, but about understanding God’s plan, walking in boldness, and recognizing that the skills and compassion you carry were placed in you for a reason.
This conversation is for nurses and healthcare professionals who feel called to start a business, step into leadership, or steward a God-given idea while still working full time. If you are feeling stretched, restless, or quietly wondering what you are meant to build next, this episode will help you gain clarity, confidence, and peace as you consider what God is inviting you into.

Many nurses quietly wrestle with the question, “Is there more God is calling me to beyond the bedside?” This struggle often shows up as burnout, restlessness, or a deep internal stirring that refuses to go away. Especially for bedside nurses and healthcare professionals who love patient care, this tension can feel confusing, heavy, and guilt-filled.
In this episode, I speak directly to nurses navigating calling, identity, obedience, and transition. I share how God often uses bedside nursing as training rather than the final destination, and why feeling called to more does not mean you are ungrateful or dishonoring the season that shaped you. I teach how to discern God’s plan in seasons of transition, how productivity can become misaligned when you are building from pressure instead of obedience, and how boldness is often required to trust God with what comes next.
This conversation is for nurses and caregivers who carry emotional labor, leadership responsibility, and the weight of healthcare while trying to steward their time, stay productive, and follow God’s direction faithfully. If you are sensing a shift, questioning your next step, or feeling drawn to start a business, step into leadership, or pursue a different assignment, this episode will help you gain clarity without rushing ahead of God.
If you are a nurse experiencing burnout, transition, or a holy stirring for more, this episode will meet you where you are and help you move forward with peace, confidence, and trust in God’s plan.

When everyone needs you, time management stops being about productivity tools and starts being about spiritual stewardship. Many caregivers and high-capacity women are stretched thin, carrying family responsibilities, bedside nursing shifts, healthcare demands, ministry commitments, and business vision all at once. When your role requires constant availability, emotional presence, and responsibility for others, time can feel like it is always running out.
Many nurses and healthcare professionals experience this tension daily. You are trained to serve, respond, and prioritize the needs of others, yet that same wiring can leave you depleted, overextended, and unsure how to discern what God is actually asking you to carry in each season. Productivity alone will not sustain you when your calling requires both compassion and endurance.
In this episode, I teach what biblical time management looks like for the woman who is constantly needed. I share how to steward capacity with wisdom, how to discern assignments versus obligations, and how to honor God’s plan without carrying guilt for what you were never meant to hold. This perspective is especially important for nurses, healthcare workers, and caregivers who must learn to balance service with obedience and rest.
If you feel quietly overwhelmed, stretched beyond your limits, or unsure how to prioritize without feeling selfish, this episode will help you find clarity, peace, and direction. You will learn how to manage your time in a way that honors God, protects your calling, and allows you to serve with strength instead of exhaustion.
