While this podcast speaks directly to nurses, you do not have to be a nurse to belong here. I'm Leniesha.
I'm a Holy Spirit-filled Kingdom life & business coach, registered nurse, entrepreneur, homeschool mom, and ministry leader.
For years, I lived bound. I was a woman who looked strong on the outside but was quietly drowning in people-pleasing, false obligation, and survival mode. Trauma and abuse shaped my identity, robbed me of my voice, and taught me to overextend myself while calling it faithfulness. I served well, showed up for everyone, and carried more than God ever asked me to hold. Even as I built businesses, led in ministries, and helped others, I lacked clarity, margin, and peace.
But God is a Redeemer.
Everything changed when I fully surrendered. I laid the pressure down at the feet of Jesus and picked up truth. Through the Word, repentance, and intentional obedience, God restored my identity and showed me that the skills, discernment, and leadership I developed in nursing were never meant to stay at the bedside. They were preparation for the business He was calling me to build.
Now I walk in boldness, clarity, and unapologetic Kingdom purpose. I build with intention, honor God-given limits, and operate according to His plan, not pressure. And I am called to help you do the same.
Through biblically rooted teaching, practical business strategy, and Spirit-led discernment, I will help you break free from burnout, fear, and confusion so you can leverage your nursing skills, launch your coaching business, and move forward with confidence and peace.
What I built before was driven by performance. What I am building now is fueled by purpose. And I want to teach you how to transition, set boundaries, and build a coaching business with God at the center.

There are seasons when the Lord will give you an instruction and tell you to keep it between you and Him. Not because He is withholding, but because He is protecting what He has planted. When you share too soon, you open the door to unnecessary warfare, distraction, and delay, especially when you are building according to God’s plan.
Many Christian business women struggle with knowing when to speak and when to remain silent, particularly when starting a business or stewarding an assignment God has entrusted to them. Boldness does not always mean visibility. Sometimes it looks like obedience, restraint, and trusting God with the process before the unveiling.
In this episode, I teach why it is crucial to build in obedience and move in silence. I share how to discern what to release publicly, what to guard privately, and how productivity can be disrupted when you move ahead of God’s timing. You will learn how to partner with God’s plan, protect your assignment, and remain focused without unnecessary interference.
God is not only training your hands to build. He is also teaching your mouth when to speak. There is strategy in silence, wisdom in restraint, and power in obedience when you trust Him with what He is growing.

When you understand who you are and Whose you are, it changes how you approach leadership, productivity, and the decisions required to start a business or grow what God has entrusted to you. Identity brings clarity. It anchors boldness. It removes the pressure to perform.

One of the hardest questions Kingdom women wrestle with is, “Is this the right time to launch?” On one hand, you are afraid of moving too fast and getting ahead of God. Here is the truth. God’s timing does not always match your sense of readiness. His positioning often shows up as clarity in your spirit, resources beginning to align, or even the resistance of spiritual warfare that confirms you are stirring something significant. Obedience rarely waits for perfect conditions, but it always aligns with God’s plan.

Many Christian business women experience this pressure as they try to manage their time, stay productive, and remain faithful to what God has asked them to carry. When everything feels urgent, it becomes difficult to discern what actually matters, and boldness is replaced by survival.
In this episode, I pull back the curtain on the exact three-step framework that shifted everything for me. This Kingdom-centered approach to time management helped me stop spinning in circles and start stewarding my days with peace, clarity, and intention. I share how productivity begins to flow when you align your schedule with obedience rather than pressure.

Striving can look like faith on the outside, but internally it leaves you disconnected, weary, and frustrated.
